A 24-hour concierge service is a must for us and we try to fulfill all of our customers’ requests to make their stay a unique experience, answering any questions and arranging activities and excursions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a dynamic and open-minded person who will be based in our office in Perugia, full-time. His/her role will be to work closely with our concierge team, assisting with the organization of all sorts of extra services for our high-end clients during their holidays. This is a paid position.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

The candidate must have skills in writing and speaking in perfect English. Ideally, the candidate will be socially confident, open-minded, assertive, positive, creative, flexible, and a self-starter with the ability to work in a team in a fast-paced environment able to keep even the most stressful situations under control. In addition, precision, proactivity, and a touch of innovation are required.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. Superb communication and writing skills in both Italian and English
2. Friendly and professional manner in person, over the phone, and by email
3. Availability to offer continued assistance during the guests’ stay
4. Good organizational skills and attention to detail
5. Good computer knowledge
6. Flexibility and availability to travel, owner of a car
7. Good problem solver
8. Experience in tourism and customer care of upscale clients is a plus
