Mechanical Integration Engineer

for an aerospace client based in Rome.

Responsabilità

Tasks

• Provide comments on Flight H/W configuration with respect to accessibility and Integration Flow, identifying potential constraints to be taken into account.
• Support the Design phase in concurrent Engineering with Design Authority to prepare complex Mechanical Integration Procedures (e.g., Integration and deployment of mechanisms, Active thermal Control Interconnection, Equipment Assembly, MGSE Handling, etc).
• Provide comments on Flight H/W configuration with respect to accessibility and Integration Flow, identifying potential constraints for the Industrialization phase.
• Write Mechanical Integration procedures to perform equipment, Subsystem, and system AIT.
• Prepare complex Mechanical Integration Procedures (e.g., Integration and deployment of mechanisms, Active thermal Control Interconnection, Handling, etc).
• Execute autonomously Mechanical Integration, testing, and handling operations.
• Act as Operation Test Conductor.
• Execute AIT Technological Processes (Gluing, Crimping, Wrapping, Mirrors Repairing, Bonding, RF Coaxial cable).
