Offer Description

The research aims to identify indicators useful for the redefinition in an innovative sense of the experiential space organized by the movie theatres, considering their architectural and structural components as well as cultural and social ones. The selected candidate will be engaged in research activities aimed at:

1. Questioning a significant sample of the audience to detect demands, expectations, and imageries related to the attendance of movie theatres in the current post-pandemic horizon.
2. Detecting good practices related to the business models governing the relationship between cinema exhibition and territory, by interviewing the main actors of the sector in the investigated territories.
3. Identifying the innovation and attraction factors that can bring spectators back to the cinema circuits and to the cultural institutions linked to them.
