About this vacancy

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting functional, destructive, environmental, and EMI tests to ensure reliability and safety. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards, particularly DO-160, and support the validation of components and systems.

What we expect from you

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in testing, with a focus on functional, destructive, environmental, and EMI testing.
• Strong knowledge of DO-160 standard for environmental testing and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with test equipment and instrumentation (e.g., oscilloscopes, signal generators, power supplies, environmental chambers).
• Proven ability to develop test plans, procedures, and reports, and conduct root cause analysis for failure investigations.
• Strong understanding of EMI/EMC testing methodologies and requirements.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, LabVIEW, Python) for test data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
