Temporary It Manager

We are a company leader in PCB Manufacturing and we are looking for an IT Manager for one of our Group Companies. The TEMPORARY IT Manager will oversee and ensure the seamless operation of computer systems, meeting organizational requirements and standards for performance, security, and cost efficiency. The IT Manager will be responsible for both strategic and operational aspects of our IT infrastructure, including planning, implementing, and maintaining systems that support objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the management of information technology and computer systems.
2. Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations to meet business objectives.
3. Lead the IT team, including recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management of staff.
4. Develop, implement, and manage IT policies, systems, and procedures in line with company needs.
5. Ensure data security, network access, and the resilience of backup systems to protect assets.
6. Align IT initiatives with user needs and company objectives to support strategic goals.
7. Identify, assess, and resolve IT challenges, implementing timely and effective solutions.
8. Conduct regular system audits to monitor and evaluate IT performance and outcomes.
9. Safeguard company information through rigorous security practices and control structures.
10. Manage the annual IT budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
11. Availability to travel 10-25% (Europe / Asia).
