Technical Sales Manager Italy BESS

Job Purpose

  1. Responsible for Sales of BESS
  2. Responsible for Sales process management in order to create new business opportunities
  3. Managing internal and external relationships
  4. Accountable on Sales Targets achievements
  5. Cooperate with Senior Sales Manager and Sales Director on Sales Strategy and forecast definitions

Reports to: RRSI Senior Sales Manager

Key Accountabilities

  1. Research and identification of new potential customers for generating new sales opportunities
  2. Customer support in identifying technologies to reduce energy costs, improve energy efficiency, and reduce pollutant emissions
  3. Preparation of feasibility analysis and quotes (supply, operation and maintenance, energy services) for energy generation and storage facilities
  4. Knowledge of private (industrial) and public (procurement)
  5. Identification of market trends (customers, products, competition, application markets), as well as identification and promotion of new business potentials and cooperation in expansion and further development of products and services
  6. Develop sales strategy for defined target customers
  7. Increase brand awareness and successfully position products and services in the market and among competitors
  8. Support in drafting and monitoring of sales plans
  9. Preparation and independent submission of bids, including price responsibility; negotiation of supply contracts, including all terms and conditions
  10. Drafting of technical specifications with support from sales engineers where necessary
  11. Reviewing incoming orders and checking correct scope of supply
  12. Defining and implementing measures to increase Customer satisfaction
  13. Contacting and visiting Customers
  14. Participating in industry trade shows, conferences and symposiums
  15. Contacting Customers, Headquarters, internal resources and suppliers
  16. Contributing to the results of the sales team

Geography: RRSI AOR (Italy, Croatia, Slovenia and Montenegro)
