Technical Project Manager – Logistics Operations Tech Implementation (Hybrid, Italy) - Must be on-site in Parma 2 days per week (hybrid role).

Language Requirements: Fluent Italian and English required – applicants must be able to communicate effectively in both languages.

The Role:

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the implementation of a next-generation logistics planning platform for a major multinational. You will play a critical role in ensuring that external partners and system integrators deliver on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive project execution, ensuring clear timelines and structured delivery.
2. Manage sprints, oversee testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and track change requests.
3. Hold system integrators accountable, ensuring alignment with business and IT objectives.
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth implementation.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Fluent in Italian and English (essential – applications without this will not be considered).
2. Must be eligible to work in Italy (sponsorship is not available).
3. Strong technical project management expertise, particularly in logistics, operations, or enterprise technology rollouts.
4. Experience working with system integrators, third-party vendors, and IT teams.
5. Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive project success.
6. Based in Northern Italy, with the ability to travel to Parma twice a week.

The Offer:

Location: Hybrid – on-site in Parma 2 days per week.
Contract: 6-month rolling contract, with potential extension until 2026.
Start Date: Immediate.
