Technical Customer Support - Italian Speaking with Relocation to Greece
We are looking for a Italian speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to assist B2C customers for our client in Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical assistance to end-users, resolving their issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
What you'll do:
Deliver excellent technical support to customers via chat, email, and phone
4 weeks of paid training when you start the position
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products or services
Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutions
Requirements:
Italian Language: C1 level or higher (written and spoken)
English Language: B2 level +
Relocate to Greece
Strong computer skills and the ability to handle technical queries
Experience in customer support or a technical role is preferred but not required
