Tech Fashion Graphic Designer (sostituzione di maternità)

Your role:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Tech Fashion Graphic Designer to join our Design Team in Bologna who directly report to our Graphic Design Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fashion, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in graphic design softwares.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Design team to redesign, standardize, and proportion the designs created by the creative team, and be able to read and interpret technical sheets (Di.ba or BOM);
2. Create, update, and share collection presentation tools using Adobe InDesign software;
3. Update designs and documents whenever necessary, following the collection flow and ensuring everything is done in accordance with the delivery times outlined in the seasonal calendar;
4. Be reactive, collaborative, and supportive of the Design, Product, and Merchandising teams during the design, collection development, troubleshooting, and presentation phases;
5. Insert graphic designs into company tools through layouts and/or dedicated exports;
6. Support the Design team in the technical execution of patterns and their coloring through dedicated software or Adobe CC suite.

Your main skills:

1. Diploma and/or degree in Design, Fashion Design, or Fashion Graphic Design, or similar fields;
2. 1-2 years of experience in the role;
3. Advanced knowledge of the Adobe suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop);
4. Knowledge of 3D drawing techniques is considered a plus (Clo3D);
5. Basic technical styling knowledge;
6. Good knowledge of English;
7. Excellent time management, organization, proactivity, and attention to detail;
8. Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
