HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio, Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Footwear, Accessories, and Licenses.

We are currently seeking a forward-thinking Team Leader for our Footwear Business Unit to lead the Design Footwear BOSS Man team.

This role involves overseeing the following key responsibilities: What you can expect:

• Lead the Design Footwear BOSS Man team, acting as the main point of reference for the current collection and driving its evolution.
• Drive the design culture and consumer-facing look of the BOSS Footwear Man brand, ensuring adherence to the brand DNA and alignment with the collection framework.
• Coordinate and develop the design process for the assigned category, maintaining target costs, quality, schedules, and deadlines in line with company guidelines.
• Provide guidance to external partners, ensuring alignment with requests, timelines, company standards, and business targets.
• Foster collaboration with all HUGO BOSS apparel categories and act as a facilitating interface with functions like Global Product Management, Merchandising, and Product/Technical Development.
• Promote 3D culture within the team, support training and competency growth, and ensure participation in cross/special design projects and special capsules.

Your profile:

• Proven experience in a similar role, either as a Team Leader or Senior Designer, with a background in managing small teams within international fashion companies.
• Strong knowledge of footwear products, with a focus on casual and dress categories.
• Passion for innovative 3D technologies and their evolution.
• Professional proficiency in relevant design software, including Adobe Suite; knowledge of 3D software such as ICad 3D or Blender is a plus.
• Fluent in English, with a willingness to learn or use Italian.
• Willingness to travel for research, innovation, and supplier evaluations to enhance design delivery and ensure alignment with product development.
