Drive Your Future
You will join the Tax Dept. at Pirelli, where you will support the Tax Risk Officer in managing the activities aimed at detecting, measuring, and controlling the tax risks for the Italian Group companies that adopted the 'Tax Control Framework – TCF' and were admitted to the Cooperative Compliance regime.

Your Core Activities
• Conducting effectiveness tests and adequacy assessments of control measures mapped in the risk and control matrices.
• Monitoring the adoption of improvement actions aimed at mitigating tax risk, keeping up to date the tax risk matrices and archiving supporting documentation.
• Supporting business functions in adopting and implementing the most appropriate controls for managing and mitigating tax risks.
• Monitoring tax regulations and legal requirements developments, with particular reference to the TCF and Cooperative Compliance regime.
• Supporting the definition of the annual control plan.
• Supporting the management, control and mitigation of interpretative tax risk.
• Assisting in the preparation of rules, procedures, communications, information for Corporate Governance Bodies and any informational activities aimed at spreading tax culture within the Group.

What We Are Looking For
• 3/4 years of experience in a similar role in companies adhering to the Cooperative Compliance regime or consulting firms.
• Degree in Economics, Law or similar fields.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
