TAS Solution Architect (BIG)

The Role

Herzum is seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with expertise in TAS. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in integrating the current TAS provider with a new provider. This role requires a deep understanding of the subject matter, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to design and implement architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Support Analysis and Requirements Gathering:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
  
• Conduct thorough analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  
• Document and communicate requirements effectively.

Facilitate Stakeholder Engagement:

• Coordinate and lead meetings with various stakeholders, including current and new providers.
  
• Ensure clear communication and alignment between all parties involved.
  
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the integration process.

Design TO-BE Architectural Solutions:

• Develop and design the future-state architectural solutions for the integration.
  
• Ensure the solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
  
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation phase.
  

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of TAS solution.
  
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in the payment processing or financial services industry.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Experience with integration projects and stakeholder management.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with current account management systems.
  
• Experience working with multiple providers and managing transitions.

Work mode: hybrid in Milan.
