The role is responsible for leading recruitment and employer branding activities.

What you will do

1. Be part of a global EATA network and support promotion of the Essity Employer Brand for Iberia & Italy.
2. Manage and lead full recruitment cycle processes for assigned requisitions.
3. Build effective relationships with the business in order to influence business leaders to proactively address today's and future recruitment challenges.
4. Engage and manage candidates with appropriate follow-up and feedback to emphasize the Essity employer brand and maintain integrity in the candidate process.
5. Contribute to building a talent pipeline by using social media and other innovative tools for proactively approaching candidates.
6. Keep the Applicant Tracking System up to date and use relevant recruiting KPIs and reporting.
7. Communicate recruitment-related information to all levels of the business.
8. Promote Internal Hiring rates across BU/GU and function moves.
9. Support DEI recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
10. Contribute to the development and implementation of effective local employer branding strategy, ensuring alignment with global employer branding strategy and corporate brand communication guidelines and plans.
11. Take part in different recruiting and employer branding activities such as careers fairs, etc.
12. Act as an ambassador for Essity's vision and values.

Who you are

1. University Degree.
2. 2 to 3 years related professional experience as an in-house or agency recruiter.
3. Matrix or multinational work experience - will be an advantage.
4. Experience managing, internal and external client relationships in a complex environment required.
5. Extensive knowledge of online sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems.
6. Time management, strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
7. Strong influencing and communication skills are required.
8. Availability to travel when necessary, among the sites.
9. Fluent in English and Italian. Spanish is a strong plus.
10. Great skills in social media (LinkedIn, Talent Insights).

Additional Information

The position needs to be in our commercial offices at Legnano.
The position will primarily focus on Talent Acquisition for Italy, while also providing support for Portugal and Spain when needed.
Flexible working schedule. And 2 days of smart working per week.
