ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a System Support Manager to join the SysOps Virtualization and Windows Team.
Our mission is to support the Sky Group's business strategy through the development, implementation, and management of its technology assets, providing independent consultancy activities aimed at adding value and enabling business activities to achieve expected results.

Activities:
- Contribute to the management and governance of Operations on the CT&I and C&I infrastructure area, including on-call availability for orchestrating team engagements.
- Manage Broadcom/VMware virtualization infrastructures, ensuring their availability, updating, and alignment with business processes.
- Support project implementations, particularly regarding technology refresh, optimization of licensing costs, and performance improvement.
- Contribute to the implementation of projects in the Broadcom/VMware environment, their design and implementation, and supervision.
- Governance of Audit and Compliance requirements (SOX, GDPR, and corporate compliance requirements).
- Propose effective solutions for incident management.
- Ensure adequate monitoring and reporting of management activities.
- Monitor management KPIs for the team, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Proactively contribute to technical and management activities to achieve the set objectives.
- Identify opportunities for quality improvement through internal training and that of its partners.
- Coordination, assignment, and monitoring of offshore activities/ticket teams (CIEC).
Requirements:
- At least 8 years' experience in the administration and management of Broadcom/VMware infrastructure in complex industrial contexts.
- At least 8 years' experience in administering and managing Microsoft infrastructure in complex industrial environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, teamwork, and predisposition to resource management and stakeholder relations.
- Ability to manage escalating incidents (L1-L2-L3).
- Experience in coordinating with suppliers, partners, and system integrators.
- Knowledge of English, written and spoken (B2).
- Knowledge of the ITIL process.
Nice to have:
- Industry-standard certifications (Broadcom/Microsoft).
- Citrix infrastructure knowledge.
- Hyper-V Infrastructure knowledge.
- ITIL Certification.
- Knowledge of IaaS/PaaS solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Disaster recovery process management.
- Knowledge of general compliance requirements in the field of Security, GDPR, SOX.
