Superintendent / Construction - Residential

Job Description

Boots on the ground - Responsible for successful completion of all assigned projects within budget and timeline. Primary responsibilities are to ensure all subcontractors on job site understand the necessary details of the plan and production schedule for completion.

Experience:

1. 5+ years new residential construction and remodeling
2. Design-build experience
3. Knowledge of local building codes

Skills:

1. Above average communication and organizational skills
2. Great customer service skills
3. Own and drive a construction appropriate work vehicle; pickup truck or work van
4. Own and operate basic tools needed for construction
5. Read and interpret drawings and blueprints
6. Strong knowledge of construction and remodeling processes, methods and materials
7. Above average leadership and management skills
8. Solid knowledge of all construction trades

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36.05 - $50.49 per hour
