Study Advisor - Wall Street English

You’re central to your students’ learning. Through providing a nurturing, fun, and interactive learning environment and building relationships with students, you have a unique opportunity to change their personal and professional futures.

As Study Advisor you’ll provide a personalized educational experience that is supportive, effective, and engaging. Your main objective is to ensure that students learn effectively, progress through their course, and reach their personal goals. Each student will need varying levels of support, approaches, and teaching techniques to maximize their learning. In this role you will be required to adapt to and anticipate their needs and inspire them to succeed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Driving student progress by providing ongoing support, coaching, and feedback.
2. Promoting the Wall Street English method and an all-English environment in creative ways.
3. Driving student progress through proactive class booking.
4. Being an ambassador for your center by engaging students and prospects.
5. Managing all bookings and changes in the most efficient way.
6. Organising events and Social Clubs with the help of your Service Manager.

Specific Teaching Duties

1. Leading Welcome Sessions and First Lessons.
2. Providing personalized feedback, coaching, and support through Advising Sessions to ensure students reach their goals.
