Atlantis, part of the CEA CAPA family, is hiring City Managers (Student Coordinators) to act as a group leader, managing all things logistics, planning extracurricular activities, and many other tasks related to our students' experience pre-health abroad observation programs across Europe this summer of 2025. We are looking for Student Coordinators in Italy for the following regions:

Position Summary
The Student Coordinator position is part of the Atlantis team and allows you to have the unique opportunity to contribute to the continued success of Atlantis’s mission while also working within the broader CEA CAPA community.
The Student Coordinator is the driving force behind our programs, ensuring seamless in-country implementation of program activities and exceptional student experience. They manage daily logistics, swiftly address any safety concerns, and empower students to fully embrace their experience.
This position is a seasonal, full-time, contract position with a pre-established start and end date. It is required that candidates are able to attend a 4-day online training, plus a 10-day in-person training in Alicante, Spain, prior to the program start date (dates below).

This is a full-time position, as standard is Monday to Friday. However, we will require candidates to have flexibility in working hours and days, and some weekend work will be required.
Contract Terms: Programs run from May to August 2025. The City Manager will also take part in a 4-day online and 10-day Project Planning Course that will take place in mid-April in Alicante, Spain. The position is a contractor position.
