Strategic & Digital Marketing Specialist

How will you make an impact? You will:

• Assist in Product Marketing related activities, such as product launch support, competitive analysis, trend analysis, benchmarking analysis, etc.
• Provide support during the monthly Product Development Committee, in order to support the definition of the new products to be presented every season to internal boutiques and third parties Wholesalers.
• Support the definition of prices for the new products.
• Organize and deliver presentations and assist with meetings’ preparation.
• Provide specific support in performing analyses about the Worldwide price positioning and contribute to the periodical Worldwide pricing reviews.
• Support the definition of the Recommended Retail Prices for all product categories and markets in line with the target positioning and marginality.
• Monitor the monthly exchange rates fluctuation and recommend Int’l Pricing Matrix adjustments.
• Perform periodic analysis on product contribution margin.
• Provide support to prepare regular Business Reviews, stock levels, sales, stock, by location, by client nationality, by client age.

How will you experience success with us?

• Bachelor / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or Finance.
• Previous experience, gained as marketing specialist would be appreciated.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel / PowerPoint / PowerBI).
• SAP knowledge would be a plus.
• Good analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and rigorous.
• Good time management skills and ability to respect tight deadlines.
• Proactive with a solution/result-oriented attitude.
• Interested and passionate about the fashion and luxury market.
• Confident with digital tools.
• Great team working attitude.
