Store Manager Portofino

We are currently looking for a Store Manager for our Boutique in Portofino in order to drive the Team to succeed.

Key responsibilities:

1. Ensure the achievement of store sales budget
2. Responsible for managing the store costs in an effective manner
3. Responsible for the overall results of the store, working closely with all the Team and the Retail Departments to ensure that the day-to-day activities build into the long term plan
4. As a dynamic and inspiring leader, manage all activities to achieve store business objectives, demonstrating an excellent client experience
5. Perform with high integrity in company compliance with Corporate departments
6. Be an ambassador of the brand by promoting its values and ambitions within the market place
7. Key Holder

Requirements:

1. Fluency in Italian and English. Other languages are considered a plus.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a manager in Luxury retail

Knowledge of:

1. Geographical zone (strategy, organization, KPI, risks, key people, products, markets, clients, local culture, local stakeholders)
2. Client Ceremony and its implementation to increase the business
3. Visual and Merchandising techniques
4. Stock management methods and techniques
5. Commercial indicators and how to analyze and animate them
6. CRM methods and procedures
