JOB DESCRIPTION

The Global Analytics & Data Products Team is building a best-in-class analytics team in support of Stellantis’ new Software Group and adding a talented Technical Project Manager. As a member of the team your mission is to work alongside data engineering colleagues and software engineering partners to develop and execute our data platform roadmap.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

  1. Lead the Program Management Office Operations Team
  2. Coordinate and organize budget, procurement and communication activities
  3. Oversee the internal and external communications strategy for Global Analytics
  4. Create proactive communication programs to educate and inform Stellantis business and technical partners
  5. Oversee and implement smart processes to converge budget management and seek cost efficiencies
  6. Manage the annual planning process ensuring alignment across teams and with other software departments
  7. Lead purchasing projects for Analytics, managing contracts and deliverables compatible with the agile development cycle
  8. Own the relationship with Finance and Purchasing in partnership with Legal and Compliance teams
  9. Implement and maintain ad hoc reports to support the Operations function goals
  10. Oversee supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolve any critical issues along the way

REQUIREMENTS

  1. 3+ years in project management, cost management, supply chain management or similar fields
  2. University degree in Business management, operations management, Procurement management or equivalent
  3. Experience within the digital products industry is a plus
  4. Experience within the automotive industry is a plus
  5. Experience using supply chain management software and tools such as SAP
  6. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  7. Fluent knowledge of the English language
