Job Description
Summary: Responsible for overseeing and assisting with completing various IT internal audits and projects to successfully complete the Internal Audit (IA) Plan. This position demands an understanding of internal auditing standards, IT governance, and regulatory compliance. The position is also responsible for identifying opportunities to strengthen internal controls and mitigate IT risks. The IT Audit Manager also monitors management’s remediation efforts to address any identified concerns, which includes conducting follow-up testing of related action plans.
Salary Range: The salary range budgeted for this position is $132,500/yr to $175,000/yr in CA and represents the Company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The compensation offered to a candidate may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibilities: Manages IA Department staff and co-source third-party vendors as assigned. Responsibilities include interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and encouraging employees; addressing complaints and resolving issues. Provides effective oversight of co-sourced IT audit providers.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and a minimum of ten (10) years of IT audit and supervisory experience within the Financial Service industry, which preferably includes experience with a Bank of at least $10 Billion in Assets. Professional designation (e.g., CISA, CISM, CRISC, CDPSE, CGEIT, etc.) is also required.
