SOLAR ENERGY: Remote Phone Support Technician (First and Second Level)

Main Responsibilities:

• Main product focus: Huawei string Inverters, related products and value added services
• First and second level technical assistance for customers and partners
• Ticket Management and resolution and technical reports
• Remote and on-site support
• Training program: webinar and live sessions
• Pre and Post Technical Support on Huawei String Inverters

Requirements:

• Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Renewable Energy discipline is preferred.
• English language is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in the energy sector or within the PV industry is preferred. Experience in PV Inverter technology is a plus. Additional experience in PV project or PV system design is a plus.
• Excellent technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn detailed information about the existing product portfolio as well as to communicate and answer technical and product related questions and topics.
• Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory; German and Chinese is a plus.
• Ability to convincingly and effectively communicate with customers, independent engineers, laboratories, industry working groups, and regulatory authorities.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, including international travel.
