As a Software Project Leader for our team, you will lead a talented group of developers in the design, development, and deployment of innovative IoT and embedded solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and align with the company's strategic goals.

ABOUT YOUR TASKS:

• Plan, execute and monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and shared goals.
• Define product requirements that directly address business objectives and deliver exceptional customer value.
• Inspire, motivate and develop a team of Cloud, Firmware and mobile developers, fostering a high-performance work environment.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions and measure success.
• Continuously stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in IoT, embedded systems, and Agile methodologies to ensure the product remains competitive and innovative.

ABOUT YOU:

• Demonstrated expertise in developing IoT solutions for embedded systems.
• Proven track record in applying agile methodologies, including experience in Product Owner or Scrum Master roles.
• Proven ability to lead and manage diverse, cross-functional teams across various cultures.
• Proven ability to effectively gather and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, fostering collaboration and driving results.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
