The Role

Intesa (a Kyndryl Group company), as part of its growth path and positioning as an accelerator of digital transformation projects, is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join the team. Further information on the methodologies and technologies used will be provided during the interview.

The sought-after resource will report directly to the head of the software factory and will define the operational implementation of product developments in the field.

In particular, he/she will be responsible for analyzing requirements, defining and describing development tasks, coordinating his/her team (ensuring quality releases on time), and carrying out the following activities:

• Priority definition and management of the product backlog, creation of Epics and User Stories in collaboration with the stakeholders involved;
• Participation in the Scrum process in all its phases;
• Interfacing with the Sales, Solutions, Marketing and R&D area;
• Preparation of technical documentation describing the product and related processes (internal and external use).

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering or equivalent;
• Technical expertise in software development;
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies, in particular Scrum;
• Previous experience in IT project management;
• Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Team working;
• Customer orientation;
• Propensity to disseminate assigned expertise and activities;
• Goal orientation;
• Problem solving.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the Atlassian platform (Jira/Confluence)
• Certifications in Agile.
