The Role
Intesa (a Kyndryl Group company), as part of its growth path and positioning as an accelerator of digital transformation projects, is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join the team. Further information on the methodologies and technologies used will be provided during the interview.
The sought-after resource will report directly to the head of the software factory and will define the operational implementation of product developments in the field.
In particular, he/she will be responsible for analyzing requirements, defining and describing development tasks, coordinating his/her team (ensuring quality releases on time), and carrying out the following activities:
- Priority definition and management of the product backlog, creation of Epics and User Stories in collaboration with the stakeholders involved;
- Participation in the Scrum process in all its phases;
- Interfacing with the Sales, Solutions, Marketing and R&D area;
- Preparation of technical documentation describing the product and related processes (internal and external use).
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering or equivalent;
- Technical expertise in software development;
- Good knowledge of Agile methodologies, in particular Scrum;
- Previous experience in IT project management;
- Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Team working;
- Customer orientation;
- Propensity to disseminate assigned expertise and activities;
- Goal orientation;
- Problem solving.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of the Atlassian platform (Jira/Confluence)
- Certifications in Agile.
