Social Media are a pillar of brand growth and you will support key processes for the Company. Position Overview:

  • As Social Media Specialist, you will be part of the Marketing team. You'll support social media strategies as well as their execution and performance monitoring. You will also be involved in a wide variety of projects like assessments on new social media platforms, creative brainstorming with our IHA, and employer branding activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, implement, and manage initiatives to improve follower growth, organic engagement, and positive brand sentiment in cooperation with the Marketing Department.
  • Support the maintenance of Boggi Milano social media channels, including planning and reviewing of content across all social channels.
  • Support the team in influencer research and management.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social performance using relevant platform data to provide insights and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with Human Resources to improve candidate and employee recognition of our purpose, people, culture, and growth (Employer Branding LinkedIn).
  • Partner with Customer Service on integrating engagement and two-way conversation with our audiences on social platforms (Community Management Google My Business).
  • Monitor and update key stakeholders on the latest trends, formats, innovations, and new opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Min 2-3 years experience in Marketing or Social Media Department.
  • Master's degree, ideally in Economics/Marketing.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; any other language is considered a plus.
  • Proactive and positive team member able to take initiative.
  • Solid understanding of social media and digital analytics.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing timings and deliverables.
  • Strong comfort level prioritizing and managing a high volume of work.
  • Data-driven mindset and willingness to work on quantitative KPIs.
