The Role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Manager to work as a dedicated team member within one of our global clients. This role involves working directly within the client’s offices, collaborating with their dynamic teams, and taking on the challenge of managing and executing social media strategies for well-known, global brands. As a client-facing role, the Social Media Manager will thrive in a fast-moving environment and play a key part in ensuring that the client’s digital presence is impactful, innovative, and consistent. You will work closely with an Art Designer, also client-based, to ensure alignment between creative content and social media strategies. Together, you will form a collaborative and agile team, capable of delivering best-in-class digital experiences for the client’s audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the client’s internal teams to develop and execute best-in-class social media campaigns.
  • Work closely with the client-based Art Designer to align creative visuals with social media strategies, ensuring cohesive and impactful content across all platforms.
  • Take and respond to briefs from internal stakeholders and adapt strategies to align with the client’s brand identity and goals.
  • Plan, create, and schedule social media content across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Manage community engagement by monitoring, responding to, and fostering conversations across the client’s social channels.
  • Analyze performance metrics to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Ensure all social media activities are aligned with brand guidelines and are delivered on time.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to recommend innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular updates and presentations to the client on campaign performance and key insights.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in social media management, preferably within creative or digital agencies or in-house teams.
  • Expertise: Proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms, with a strong focus on digital and community engagement.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout, or equivalent).
    • Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, native platform insights, and reporting dashboards.
    • Basic knowledge of creative tools like Photoshop, CapCut, or similar.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas confidently to clients.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, particularly in a client-facing environment.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with creative colleagues, such as the Art Designer, to deliver cohesive and high-quality campaigns.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy and consistency in content and reporting.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is essential.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment with shifting priorities.
  • Passion: A strong enthusiasm for digital trends, social media innovation, and brand storytelling.
