Fiorucci, which officially returned to Italy in 2022, embarks on a new and exciting chapter in its rich history under the leadership of its new CEO, Alessandro Pisani, and Creative Director, Francesca Murri. We are looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to join the marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Management of social channels
Scheduling and publishing content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Community management: daily interaction with the community
Monitoring KPI and supporting the creation of monthly reports and project recaps
Updating and supervising the editorial calendar using marketing planning tools
Copywriting for posts and social content
Content Production and Coordination:
Collaboration with the team for the development of social content
Content management: organization and management of assets for social and digital use
Coordination between internal departments and external suppliers (photographers, videomakers, stylists, graphic designers, etc.)
Content Creation – On Set & Day-to-Day:
Operational support during shooting, fitting, events, and backstage moments
Production of dynamic content that is consistent with social channels, even independently and in real-time
Trend & Competitor Analysis:
Research of emerging trends, languages, and formats
Proposal of new creative concepts and social strategies consistent with the brand's identity
KOL & Content Creators:
Research of KOLs and content creators in line with the brand's positioning
Ideal Profile:
2-3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or creative agencies
Proactive attitude, visual taste, and strong aesthetic sensitivity
Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and major scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Meta Suite)
Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Suite
Strong organizational skills and teamwork attitude
Excellent communication skills
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Marketing or related fields
