JOB MISSION:

Reporting directly to the Head of Global Brand Communication, we are looking for an experienced, creative, and results-oriented Social Media & Content Manager with mid-senior seniority.

This person will manage the global social strategy and production of social content, focusing on telling the brand’s story, values, and sustainability commitments.

The ideal candidate is autonomous, deeply knowledgeable about social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), and capable of building campaigns that resonate with professional stylists and consumers alike. This role will also involve collaborating with agencies and suppliers and scouting new partners to support the creative department.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Strategy and Content Management:

  • Lead and activate the global social calendar (B2B and B2C), planning content themes aligned with the marketing calendar and coordinating with cross-functional teams for integrated communication across global channels (social, web, email, blog).
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Digital E-commerce, Trade, and Education teams to achieve campaign goals and enhance brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
  • Manage the strategy and implementation of paid social campaigns in collaboration with agency partners, designers, and internal teams to drive brand awareness.
  • Create editorial content for official social channels (@davinesofficial, @davinespro, YouTube), aligning with the brand’s values and unique storytelling.
  • Monitor and analyze social performance, generating strategic insights to improve results.


Social Content Production:

  • Coordinate with external suppliers to produce high-quality social content.
  • Take the lead in content creation, including:
  • Photos and videos for product launches, brand storytelling, and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Educational and how-to videos for consumers and professionals.
  • Editing user-generated content (UGC) aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.
  • Creating content for events and special initiatives.
  • Develop a vertical strategy for short-form content (Stories, Reels) and long-form content (YouTube, IGTV).


Collaboration and Guidelines Management:

  • Manage the global social media budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with the Communications team to co-manage influencer and content creator campaign briefs.
  • Develop detailed guidelines for local markets and distributors to ensure brand consistency.
  • Conduct quarterly webinars and workshops to update salons on digital trends and improve their online presence.
  • Support the Education and Trade teams in live social media sessions for salons and stylists.


WHO YOU ARE:

  • Experience: 4-5 years in a similar role within an international environment, with proven expertise in managing omnichannel campaigns, producing content, and analyzing performance. Experience with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube is essential.
  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related fields.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (native or advanced level). Italian is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: video editing tools, and social media management platforms (Dash Hudson, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or similar).
  • Soft Skills: Aesthetic eye and passion for luxury and design, analytical mindset, excellent time and project management, attention to detail, collaborative spirit, and proactivity.
  • Passion for Digital: Enthusiasm for social media, storytelling, and staying updated on emerging trends.
  • International Exposure: Work or living experience abroad is a plus.
