To support our business growth, we are looking for a Senior / Professional Services Project Manager for a full-time (40 hours/week) individual contributor position. You will work with high potential Customers with the most complex requirements within Amazon Business solutions, helping them achieve their business goals for Procurement, Finance, and Digitalization by utilizing Amazon Business. You will lead large-scale projects to analyze, define, and implement innovative solutions for our B2B customers. You will also work closely with internal Amazon Business and Amazon teams to respond to and address Customer needs and requirements (incl. Sales, Product Management, Category Management, Solutions Architects, and Amazon Business Leadership) to drive and prioritize solutions for Amazon Business Customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess current purchasing processes for customers, evaluating opportunities for Amazon Business solutions to improve end user experiences, reduce costs, and accelerate organization performance.
2. Drive and accelerate spend adoption through advising Customers on best practices for using Amazon Business solutions.
3. Define requirements and scope project for utilizing AB solutions.
4. Oversee programme execution including resource requests, project scheduling, and timely delivery.
5. Provide timely, clear, and concise communications to Customer and Amazon Business Leadership where required.
6. Assess project risks, anticipate challenges and manage timely escalations when necessary.
7. Focus on automating service needs for Customers and on more complex engagements, work with Product Management and Technical teams to develop solutions that increase customer adoption.
8. Ensure each launch prepares the Customer to achieve their targets and adopt Amazon Business as planned, including feature adoption and spend.
9. Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams including Product Management, Technical and Category Management teams.

1. Ability to lead customer facing engagements in German.
2. Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments.
3. Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
4. Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
5. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

1. Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience.
2. Experience identifying trends and needs to improve an already closed large-scale technology deal.
3. Experience in B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business.
4. +C1 proficiency in French, Italian or Spanish.
