To be successful in this role you will:

1. Have experience working in a Field Operation role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar)
2. Have a good working knowledge of the installation and maintenance tasks
3. Display a strong customer service mindset, experienced in leading customers through tough decisions
4. Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding
5. Have an EU passport/European Work permit and have excellent verbal and written English and Italian
6. Be flexible to guarantee long-term support at Customer site (#6 months shift as minimum requirement)

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a vital role onsite with our customers. Leading the maintenance site activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant scope of work.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

1. Providing technical direction for activities to internal teams and skilled labour to ensure safety, compliance, and quality.
2. Overseeing, overhaul, troubleshooting and commissioning of products at customer sites
3. Preparing and updating technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross-functional teams
4. Ensuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed and completed according to company standards.
