To support their expansion in Italy, they are looking for a Site Operations & Permits Manager, based near Milan, to join their Deployment Team. This key role involves managing installation sites and overseeing the necessary permits to ensure smooth operations.
Evaluate and validate site inspection reports, coordinating necessary works with suppliers to prepare locations for locker installations (e.g., electrical setups, concrete works).
Monitor and validate work plans, ensuring efficient service delivery to clients.
Order, assign, supervise, and verify work execution by suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and contractual SLAs.
Identify and resolve potential issues that may hinder project progress.
Approve or reject invoicing based on work quality and performance.
Expand the supplier network by identifying and integrating new qualified contractors.
Manage permit applications with local authorities (SCIA, CILA, heritage supervision, constraint research, etc.).
Experience in managing civil and electrical works, either directly or through subcontractors.
Project management experience, with strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to take initiative.
Functional English skills to collaborate with international teams and partners.
Experience in supplier and client management, with strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Team-oriented approach, capable of collaborating across different departments.
Technical diploma in surveying (Geometra) or similar.
Degree in civil engineering or a related field.
Experience in startups or dynamic environments, with a growth-oriented and flexible mindset.
Excellent time management skills, with strong operational discipline.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
