What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored product and service solutions.
• Manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Organize and oversee inventory to ensure stock availability and control.
• Monitor competitors and suggest improvements in products, services, and sales strategies.
• Process sales and purchase orders efficiently.
• Generate reports on sales, inventory levels, and market trends.
• Work closely with management and international partners to optimize operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in sales and/or store management, preferably in automotive or heavy vehicle parts.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and analyse market trends.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Italian and English proficiency.
