The Role

As part of our service team, you will be responsible for providing our customers with the best technical and customer service experience every time. This will involve visiting various premises in Milano, Verona, Venezia, Bolonia, Torino, and Genova to carry out detailed technical and quality health checks, preventative maintenance, diagnosing and fixing faults, completing installs, and offering training.

You will also engage with our customers in Italy to understand their needs and diagnose faults to help them find solutions.

Star Service

You will gain more experience as you progress, and when we believe you are capable, you will manage other service technicians in Italy and assist them in fixing machines in their areas.

Our team is at the cutting edge of the industry and market leaders in brands, video display point of sale, and product innovation.

We will offer you a training and induction week in Italy, followed by continued training with other technicians in the field until you are confident to manage your own area and plan your own day.

Experience:

While Electrical Engineering experience is preferred, many other areas of dispense and service can be beneficial, so please talk to us even if you don’t have previous technical experience in our industry. We can and will develop these practical skills with you. Your customer service skills, determination to succeed, and positive attitude are what we value.

Safety

Safety will be your number one priority, and you will actively contribute to our zero-accident culture by leading by example and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and reliability on our customers' premises. Uniform is provided, and cleanliness and tidiness are prerequisites for a good technician.

Additional Knowledge

IT plays a significant role in this position, so some IT experience is beneficial.

A driving license with a ‘good’ driving history is a requirement.

Geography

Work is planned in and around your area, although you may be asked to be adaptable or work away if other areas require assistance in unusual circumstances.

Availability to travel to the UK and within Italy is necessary.

Vehicle

Until we establish a branch in Italy, you will need to rent/lease a mid-size van for work. Rental costs will be included in the initial salary.

The Work

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week.

Schedule: 8-hour shift with overtime available if required.

Travel: Availability to travel to the UK and within Italy.

Holidays: 33 days holiday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Reviewed after 3 months.
