For our Italian Branch located in Caponago (MB), we are seeking a committed and proactive:

Service Operation Coordinator

A worldwide leader in reciprocating compressors is looking for a young resource with some years of technical and commercial experience in service/aftermarket of mechanical machinery, preferably rotating equipment.

The position is part of the Service Division with the objective to push and support the business development and growth of the organization with new customers and increasing service portfolio.

The main tasks will be:

• Coordination of field service team (internal/external)
• 1st level technical support for FSR and for BCIT in general
• Coordination of Workshop resources
• Planning of workshop load
• Ensure projects execution (Parts, FS, Repair) according to customer specifications, applicable industry norms, BC standards, policies and procedures, ISO9001 on time and within budget.
• Cost evaluation of FS and W/S works
• Assistance, evaluation, support, and checks the activities of the external Service organization
• Identify, recruit and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Use / improve / build up potential partnerships with strategic players to achieve the defined targets
• Coordination of Customer support and order management team

Candidate Profile:

• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role and similar markets (preferably reciprocating compressor)
• Bachelor / Master engineering degree
• Full understanding of maintenance / repair jobs
• Knowledge of the SAP (R3 or S/4 HANA) system
• English - business fluent and contractual level in both oral and written communication
