We Are Hiring: Senior UX Designer – Platform Experienced

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior UX Designer to take our platform's user experience to the next level.

In this role, you will be the key figure in shaping Spoki’s UX, ensuring seamless, intuitive, and engaging interactions across our product ecosystem.

Your goal will be to elevate usability, optimize workflows, and craft an experience that drives user satisfaction and business success.

Our Ideal Profile

1. 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, specifically focused on SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or digital products.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing previous work on platform UX, highlighting problem-solving skills, user research, and design execution.
3. Experience with designing for complex workflows, balancing user needs with business objectives.
4. Expertise in design tools like Figma and prototyping tools.
5. Strong understanding of design systems, usability heuristics, accessibility standards, and information architecture.
6. Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven UX optimizations.
7. Strong collaboration skills: comfortable working with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
8. Startup mentality: forward-thinking, hands-on, iterative, and comfortable with fast-paced environments.
9. Bonus: Experience with AI-driven interfaces, conversational UI, and chat-based user experiences.

Hiring process

1. Initial call with the Talent Manager.
2. Technical interview.
3. Portfolio review and practical UX assessment, which includes a case study aligned with the role.

Gross annual salaries are determined based on experience, ranging from €35,000 /year for mid to €55,000 /year for senior roles.
