Senior Technical Architect

One Works is looking for a talented Senior Technical Architect to join our Team in Milan.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee one or two large-scale projects managing the technical design of them effectively.
2. Manage the design and coordination of consultants.
3. Design components of a building, e.g., facade.
4. Review detailed construction drawings and mark them up with comments.

Minimum Requirements

1. Registered Architect or Architect/Engineer.
2. PIVA.
3. Strong Revit skills and a solid understanding of Italian building regulations.
4. Experience of more than 5 years in the detailed design phase of the project.
5. International experience would also be valuable.
