Sales Strategy & Execution: Lead and manage the sales process, ensuring a strong focus on sales methodologies, customer behaviors, and expectations. Develop and execute strategies to achieve business goals.
Telesales Expertise: Understand and optimize the business model of telesales in the B2B market, driving effective lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
Team Leadership & Coaching: Manage, motivate, and coach a team of 20 salespeople, providing ongoing support and development to ensure the team reaches its full potential.
Customer Focus: Identify and target middle-sized companies to develop new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships.
HQ and Branch Transaction: Serve as the liaison between the HQ and the commercial branch, facilitating smooth transactions and supporting cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to maximize revenue.
Branch Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Branch, ensuring smooth workflow, efficiency, and adherence to company policies.
Management & Negotiation: Lead high-level negotiations with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring optimal sales outcomes and long-term partnerships.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and sales metrics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Goal-Orientation: Thrive in a goal-oriented environment, demonstrating the ability to work under pressure to meet challenging sales targets.

Profile
Previous experience in a sales role within a Reseller environment is essential, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong people management skills, with experience in leading and coaching a sales team.
Excellent understanding of telesales operations in the B2B context.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting targets and deadlines.
Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability.
Knowledge of the IT market, including trends, products, and customer needs.
