Our client is a leading company that provides advanced air pollution control solutions for industries like cement, power, and waste-to-energy. As an EPC contractor specialized in filtration and gas treatment plants, it offers modular and turnkey solutions to ensure regulatory compliance, efficiency, and sustainability worldwide.

Mission:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead international EPC projects for industrial plants’ installation and revamping (Brown and Green Fields). Responsibilities

• Project initiation and planning (drafting/reviewing the baseline and management plan).
• Management of the project team, Italian and international (other BUs).
• Management of construction (site) activities delegating to assigned site manager and team and erection suppliers/partners.
• Risk and claims management.
• Stakeholder management, including clients and key partners (Site Contractors and OEMs).
• Monitoring and controlling all the project stages, ensuring adherence to the project baseline (scope, schedule, costs, etc.) and compliance with project and company quality standards in both documentation and execution.
• Regular project progress reporting, focusing on cost management (EAC) and project cash flow.
• Project closure.

Your Profile

• Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering.
• Proven work experience of at least 5 years as Project Manager of EPC projects for Brownfield industrial installations (value between 3 and 10 million euro).
• Good technical background, preferably as a Project Engineer or Site Engineer.
• Good knowledge of English and preferably another European language.
• Willingness to travel worldwide, according to project management needs (from 20% up to 40% of the time).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, result-oriented, problem-solving attitude, and teamwork capabilities.
• Preferably, international PM certifications.

Salary & Benefits:

• Permanent agreement.
• Competitive annual gross salary (RAL) based on experience.
• Budget between 65,000€ up to 75,000€ as gross annual salary.
