The Candidate:

The successful candidate will have proven experience in:

1. A senior patent secretary/paralegal role
2. Preparing and filing Italian, PCT, EP patent applications under the supervision of a patent attorney. In particular, she/he should be responsible for preparing application documents for filing, based on instructions from the attorney.
3. Managing deadlines such as priority deadline and the deadlines for late filing of documents.
4. Alerts to clients or suppliers asking for missing documents (e.g. signed POA, translation for foreign filing, etc).
