Senior Manager Corporate Finance - Italian Speaker

Our client, a leading player in the Renewable Energy space, is looking for a Corporate Finance professional to come on board. The role requires 4 - 10 years of experience, and a flexible salary is offered. The individual MUST speak fluent Italian & English.

The Role:

1. Lead corporate finance processes including but not limited to acquisitions, disposals, and capital raises (debt or equity).
2. Support strategy for processes.
3. Optimise returns.
4. Management of external advisors & internal resources.

The Individual:

1. Corporate or project finance background.
2. Renewable energy experience.
3. 4-10 years of experience.
4. Italian & English speaker.
