About the Role:

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you’ll lead the design and execution of complex electrical systems for high-impact industrial plants. You’ll collaborate with international teams, mentor junior engineers, and ensure projects align with technical, safety, and sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and oversee electrical systems (MV/LV/HV), including specifications, layouts, and cable routing.
2. Manage project documentation, technical calculations, and equipment sizing.
3. Interface with project leadership to align deliverables with timelines and budgets.
4. Guide multidisciplinary collaboration to integrate electrical systems with other disciplines.
5. Support short-term assignments across Italy and international locations.

Your Profile:

1. 7+ years’ experience in electrical design for power or energy
2. Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
3. Expertise in AutoCAD 2D/3D, electrical calculation tools (ETAP, Ampère, etc.), and familiarity with 3D review software (e.g., Navisworks).
4. Fluency in Italian and English (mandatory).
5. Proven ability to lead teams, mentor juniors, and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
