The figure sought, reporting directly to the head of the Digital & Data area, will coordinate Data Analysis, Business Intelligence and CRM activities, analysing data from both physical stores and digital channels (website, e-commerce), interpreting and translating them into commercial actions.

In detail, he/she will be responsible for:

• analysing specific data to identify trends and improve business strategies;
• provide data-based insights to optimise operational decisions;
• create visualisations, statistics and reports;
• collaborate with performance analysts to propose specific marketing activities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics or related fields and has gained significant experience in the role of Data Analyst in structured companies with a strong digital vocation.

Knowledge of Power BI and SQL and excellent data visualisation and data management skills are required. Certifications in the field of Data Analytics are considered a preferential requirement.

Analytical thinking skills, problem-solving, communication (ideally fluency in English) complete the profile.
