Senior Business Project Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Development & Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives and oversee key cross-functional projects within our global operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management within the fashion and luxury industry, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of projects that align with our business objectives. This role requires a strong leadership mindset, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments and regions, with a particular focus on business expansion, operational efficiency, and market development. The candidate will also be responsible for managing client relationships, negotiating terms, and supporting business development strategies to drive sales growth and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple strategic projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and risk assessment for various global initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Act as a key liaison between different departments, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring successful partnerships.
• Negotiate terms and agreements to optimize business opportunities and long-term success.
• Define and implement business strategies to expand sales channels and maximize revenue potential.
• Analyze sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor project progress, report on key milestones, and proactively address potential roadblocks.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to support decision-making and strategy formulation.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies across different markets.
• Support business growth strategies, optimizing operational models and international market penetration.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, preferably within the fashion and luxury industry.
• Strong knowledge of global business operations, sales management, and retail processes.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, international projects with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in client relationship management, contract negotiations, and sales strategy development.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, MS Project).
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.
