What you'll do

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will collaborate closely with product management and UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration of backend functionality with front-end interfaces. You will design, implement, and optimize backend infrastructure, write efficient and maintainable code, conduct comprehensive code reviews, and mentor junior developers. Your leadership will be crucial in enhancing our software development process while ensuring high-quality output.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong leadership qualities with a focus on mentoring and team development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
• Proactive and adaptable, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Profound understanding of backend technologies and frameworks.

Technical Expertise:

• Exceptional coding skills in one or more backend languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or similar.
• Extensive experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Deep knowledge of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in backend development.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable backend architectures.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving complex projects.
• Experience in CI/CD practices and tools like Jenkins or AWS CodePipeline.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

Nice to Have:

• Passion for artificial intelligence, data analytics, or related fields.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Involvement in open-source projects or communities.
