We are a Cloud & Cybersecurity Provider, our focus is to provide medium-sized and large companies with Cloud services at the highest level of reliability and performance, integrated with Cybersecurity solutions that protect their data and applications.

We are looking for a curious and proactive colleague to join our Accounting, Finance and Controlling team as a Senior Accountant.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

1. Accounting Management:
   Recording and reconciliation of all accounting transactions, including revenues, expenses, and periodic closings;
   Oversight of accounting ledgers, including general ledger and subledgers.
2. Closing Activities:
   Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings;
   Assistance in drafting statutory financial statements in compliance with Italian GAAP (ITA GAAP) and IFRS.
3. Reconciliations:
   Reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts;
   Monitoring of outstanding items and reconciliation with bank statements.
4. Tax Compliance and Regulatory Requirements:
   Support in preparing tax filings (VAT, IRAP, IRES);
   Managing relationships with external parties such as auditors, accountants, and tax advisors.
5. Process Improvement:
   Identifying opportunities for process automation or optimization in accounting activities;
   Collaborating with the IT team to enhance ERP systems and processes.

The ideal candidate has an educational background in economics with a college degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in Accounting and meets the following requirements:

1. Hard Skills:
   At least 5 years of experience in general accounting or similar roles;
   Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Office tools, particularly Excel;
   Deep knowledge of Italian tax regulations and accounting principles (ITA GAAP and IFRS);
   Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken;
   Good command of French and/or Spanish is a plus.
2. Soft Skills:
   High attention to detail and strong analytical skills;
   Excellent communication abilities to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
   Proactivity and a problem-solving mindset.
