For the Italian affiliate, we are looking for a Senior Accountant.

Responsibilities:

• DSO calculation
• Bad debt provision analysis

• Support to Account payable activities
• Manage Supplier aging
• Prepare monthly payments
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis

• Bank and cash pooling accounts reconciliation
• Prepare monthly manual accrual (e.g: cars, T&E, fuels)
• Monthly account reconciliations
• Support Financial Controller in preparing monthly reporting package
• Support Financial Controller in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly Income tax
• Support Financial Controller in preparing Statutory financial statement

• Partnering closely with HQ for international finance projects
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis

The role will report to the Financial Controller and will be part of a team of 3 members.

Qualifications:

• Hybrid Role
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or equivalent
• 5+ years of proven experience in accounting
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Time management, planning, and organizing
• Problem identification and analysis
• Fluent in English and Italian; proficiency in both written and verbal communication is essential
