THE ROLE:
Join our team as a Senior Account Executive and become a strategic partner for our clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Client Relationship Management:
- Build and cultivate strategic, long-term relationships with clients, deeply understanding their needs, business objectives, and market dynamics.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing high-quality service and proactively managing their expectations.
- Anticipate client needs and propose innovative, customized solutions to support their long-term growth and success.
Effective Project Management:
- Support the management of complex marketing projects, from the briefing stage to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, objectives, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, etc.) to ensure the flawless execution of projects and the achievement of desired results.
- Liaise with the VML network and international clients to manage global projects.
- Carefully monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues promptly, and communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed and engaged.
Strategic Planning and Analysis:
- Actively collaborate with the strategy team to develop effective, innovative, and data-driven marketing plans that meet the specific needs of clients.
Financial Management and Optimization:
- Support the management of project budgets with precision and responsibility, monitoring expenses and ensuring profitability.
Business Development and Networking:
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations and proposals for new clients, highlighting VML's added value and distinctive expertise.
- Actively participate in industry events and networking activities to promote VML, develop new relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in global communication agencies.
- Experience in managing client relationships and complex communication projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client orientation and the ability to build strategic, long-lasting relationships.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with project management and CRM tools.
