Position Summary
What is your role?
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP MM/WM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) modules. This role is crucial for optimizing our supply chain operations, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient warehouse processes.
Essential Responsibilities
Your day in the life of SAP MM/WM Specialist in ITT
Implementation and Configuration:
- Design, implement, and configure SAP MM and WM modules to meet business requirements.
- Conduct system integration testing and support user acceptance testing.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
Business Process Analysis:
- Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
- Provide solutions to optimize inventory management, procurement, and warehouse operations.
Support and Maintenance:
- Provide ongoing support for SAP MM and WM modules, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Training and Development:
- Train end-users on SAP MM and WM functionalities and best practices.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops as needed.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage SAP MM/WM-related projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Prepare project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
Position Requirements
What will make you our perfect match?
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working with SAP MM and WM modules.
- Proven track record in implementing and supporting SAP MM/WM in a complex business environment.
- Experience in business process re-engineering and project management.
- Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, and warehouse management processes.
- Proficiency in SAP MM and WM configuration and customization.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, PP, FI/CO).
- Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of SAP 4 HANA and EWM.
