1. Collecting business requirements and translating them into technical language to direct the work of the consultants.
2. Performing gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
3. Analyzing finance processes.
4. Acting as a bridge between the internal business and the consulting company that will take care of the programming part.
5. Overseeing the launch of solutions and helping to maximize the positive impact on the organization.
6. Vendor management.

Competenze ed esperienza

Experience:
Middle figure, with 2-3 years of experience and above in SAP S/4HANA projects, preferably gained in the production sector.

Education:
We consider candidates with a STEM or business background.

Foreign languages:
English (B1-B2).

Main qualities required:
Must-have is knowledge of S4/HANA with a background in the finance area, including knowledge of accounting and controlling processes and FI CO modules. Candidates from both end-user and consultancy backgrounds are welcome, preferably with experience in the production sector. Communication and interpersonal skills are important as the role involves interacting with various stakeholders, both internal and external, and being an active part of the innovation and change management process.
