We are looking for a talented Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expert to join our team and drive the success of our marketing automation initiatives.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of marketing automation specialists.
• Ensure best practices in email marketing, customer journeys, and data management.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is highly manadatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Marketing Cloud APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Proven track record of leading Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects from inception to delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer) are a plus.
